Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments are prepaid in full at booking.
- 48 hours or more before your appointment: full refund.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show (no notice): no refund.
Late Arrival
- Within 15 minutes: your session proceeds as scheduled.
- More than 15 minutes late: your session is shortened to end on time; the full fee still applies.
- More than 30 minutes late, or no arrival: treated as a no-show; no refund.
Emergencies
In a genuine emergency, the fee may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion — please contact us as soon as you can. Work or school scheduling conflicts and simply forgetting do not count as emergencies.
Custom Herbal Formulas
- Order cancelled before preparation begins: full refund, including shipping.
- Once preparation has begun: herb cost and shipping are non-refundable, whether or not the formula has been shipped. Prepared formulas cannot be returned.

迟到

紧急情况
如遇突发急病等紧急情况，请尽快联系，费用可酌情免除。工作、学校安排冲突和单纯忘记不算紧急情况。
定制中药
- 还没开始调配就取消：全额退款，包括运费。
- 一旦开始调配：无论是否已经寄出，药费和运费一律不退。已配好的方子不能退货。
